Our reputation is based on the food served at weddings and events and enhanced by stunning presentation, impeccable service and creative menus that both surprise and delight. We look for suppliers who source the finest freshest ingredients, according to the season of the year. For some events this has even included the top chef of a local catering company flying to Paris to have a 3 day ‘extra course’ with a famous chef, who then travelled to Italy to attend the event and oversee the catering, to satisfy the needs of this particular client!

In Italy we are fortunate enough to have some of the most amazing chefs , who can even be the Italian mother in her home kitchen, or in a rustic agriturismo farm, through to the leading catering companies for the large events, who have catered for companies such as Bulgari, Chanel, Shiseido and other important brands.
What is important is that every mouthful is delicious, satisfies various dietary requirements, and that every guest can say ‘its the best food they have ever eaten’.
